Following Clouds on Aether Recordings, it’s back to my own Cirrus Sounds for Cascade.
Down every corridor there are always choices, even if only to press on or go back. There’s only so long you can stay in that space, after a while you just have to take that step, forward or back, and go with the flow of what comes next.
Cascade is a hypnotic melodic techno track with echoes of electro. The sparse, dark intro breaks into a reflective refrain as it builds to a cascading groove. One for the deep, dark, dead of the night.
